Job Description: Transactional Quality Role – Non Voice - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&A; Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Cash Applications, Customer Disputes, Credit Management, Dunning ,



Bad Debt Management, Aging reports , Refunds and reconciliations etc.- ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle Preferable) for faster integrationCandidate should be adaptable with shifts.• Perform transactional quality checks based on sampling strategy on various AR activities• ISO documentation & compliance checks• Perform process quality checks as per frequency & sampling strategy • Provide feedback to associates on performance quality• CCRP process adherence, record keeping and analysis• Error trend analysis and reduction plans• Prepare process specific reports• Participate in reviews/meetings• Share inputs for Process Training• Tracking SLA CTQs related to process accuracy• ISO documentation & Compliance checks• Identify process specific improvement opportunitiesKnowledge/Qualifications/ Competency / Work Experience:- - Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate with proficiency in MS Office, Good Communication
