We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who dreams in content calendars, gets a small thrill from a rising engagement graph, and knows the difference between a post people scroll past and one they screenshot. You’ll own everything Outbox Labs says online: creating it, scheduling it, and chatting with the people who love it. If you enjoy digging into metrics and turning brand buzz into real momentum, let’s talk.
What you’ll get up to
• Strategy: Plan and run social strategies that grow Outbox Labs’ awareness, engagement and followers across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. Big ideas, backed by a spreadsheet.
• Content and scheduling: Curate, plan and schedule content made for [our target audience, e.g. founders and SaaS buyers], so our feed stays consistent, timely and worth following.
• Community: Reply to comments, messages and mentions like a real human. A strong community is built one positive conversation at a time.
• Performance: Read the numbers, find the story in them, and use it to sharpen what we do next.
• Campaigns and trends:



Keep brand campaigns running smoothly and your eyes on the trend radar, so we jump on good ideas before everyone else does.
