IT Tech Lead planning to serve as a Technical Lead, responsible for ensuring supply chain planning global application meet business requirements and remain in a steady state throughout it’s lifecycle. This role requires hands-on experience with supply chain planning application such as Rapid Response.
As the Sr Specialist, IT Tech Lead planning you will:
• Support regional US/Canada Demand and supply planning team to develop a business process design that leverages Rapid Response capabilities; Providing high levels of customer service.
• Help ensure that supply chain data, planning models, integrations, and workflows operate accurately and efficiently in Kinaxis global application. Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, system performance, automation, and user experience for better adoption of the tool.
