As a Data Migration Lead, your day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from initial planning through to execution. You coordinate with various teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely, while managing timelines and mitigating risks. Your role requires continuous monitoring of migration activities, ensuring that all controls are in place and that the transition to the new system is seamless and reliable. You facilitate communication across departments to align efforts and resolve any challenges that arise during the migration journey.
