The role is to lead and grow the Talent Acquisition team in India, with a solid focus on supporting hiring across India and broader APAC as the business expands. The person will work closely with global TA leadership, local HR, and business leaders to improve hiring quality, bring consistency to recruitment processes, and ensure best practice is followed on the ground.
Success in the role means being a credible people leader and stakeholder partner who can coach recruiters, influence hiring managers, and drive adoption of systems and processes.
