What You'll Do:

• Generate new business opportunities in the Domestic Staffing & Recruitment sector

• Identify and acquire new clients through calls, LinkedIn, email & networking

• Build and maintain solid client relationships

• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets

What We're Looking For:

3–8 years of experience in Staffing/Recruitment Sales or B2B Business Development

Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills

Good understanding of domestic staffing/hiring models

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Target-driven and proactive approach
