Head – Banking & Treasury will be responsible for leading the Group's banking operations, foreign exchange management, treasury, and regulatory compliance functions. KRAs - Foreign Currency Hedging &Treasury; Management; Banking Relationships & Credit Limits; Regulatory & Banking Compliance; Export Documentation & Trade Finance; Management Reporting & Strategic Input. Sound understanding of FEMA,RBI regulations, EDPMS/IDPMS, export-import documentation, and overseas investment compliance (ODI/FDI framework). has demonstrated experience in foreign currencyhedging, forex risk management and treasury operations, Fund raising, Short-Term/Long-Term loans, etc.
