What would you do? • The Instructional Design Senior Lead helps build the conceptual design,



guides the team to execute the design and is responsible for the overall design integrity of the learning asset. The Instructional Design Senior Lead provides the day-to-day direction of multiple training development project specifically course projects with medium to large scope (output hours average over 24) and significant budget.

• The Instructional Design Senior Lead ensures that projects are executed according to CDC process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. The Instructional Design Senior Lead tracks and reports progress to ensure completion according to agreed-upon schedule and within budget requirements for an average team of 5-7 Instructional Design Analysts and Senior Analysts.

• Identify continuous improvement areas based on lessons learned; modify process steps as appropriate for client situation with direction from manager
• Collaborate with team, peers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) via qualified communication channels to maintain relationships
