The Sales Manager - LAP will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial services market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets for LAP products.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and support.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners, builders, and real estate agents to generate leads and drive business.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
* Monitor individual and team sales performance, ensuring adherence to sales processes, compliance regulations, and company policies.
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
* Collaborate with credit, operations,



and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and develop individual development plans for team members.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and market developments.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales within the financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role specifically managing LAP or mortgage sales.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
* In-depth knowledge of Loan Against Property products, credit policies, and lending processes.
