Role Overview – What Is the Job?
The Cluster Assistant HR Manager will support and drive the Human Resources function across assigned Holiday Inn Express hotels in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai. The role will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, talent acquisition,



employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
The position will work closely with General Managers, Hotel Managers, Department Heads and the Portfolio HR Director to build a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and support business performance through effective people management.
This is a multi-property role requiring robust execution, stakeholder management, analytical skills and the ability to travel regularly across assigned hotel locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Operations
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day HR operations across assigned hotel properties, ensuring consistency in HR processes and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, attendance and employee lifecycle data.
