Impact and Contributions: We are seeking Staff Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms that enable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with data engineers, software engineers, business stakeholders, and data analysts to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across data engineering teams.




• Define and drive enterprise data architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and frameworks.
• Review solution designs and ensure alignment with architectural principles

Data Platform Engineering
• Design and build highly scalable batch and real-time data processing solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud-native technologies.

Cloud & Up-to-date Data Architecture
• Design cloud-native data solutions leveraging AWS services

Governance, Security & Compliance
• Implement data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality practices.

AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement
• Build trusted data foundations to support AI, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Pla
