• Have 0–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, or tech; for freshers,
genuine interest matters more than a resume line
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred; MBA will be a plus
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable picking up the phone or writing a cold email
• Are comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and basic CRM tools (or can pick them up fast)
• Are naturally curious, persistent, and not afraid of rejection — outbound is a numbers game, and you show up every day
• Are target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
