Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Management Intern to join our team. This role involves managing delivery of online programs, uploading internships on the portal and managing back-end operations-related work.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate and manage the smooth execution of online courses and programs.
● Create and maintain course schedules and batches.
● Liaise with facilitators, mentors, and internal teams to ensure program timelines are met.
● Update back-end like course content hygiene check, uploading course timelines and assigning batches to mentors.
● Uploading internship opportunities on the Admin Panel.
QUALIFICATION
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
