About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Flutter Developer with robust hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart to develop and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.

The candidate will contribute directly to the application codebase, take ownership of software quality through comprehensive testing, improve application performance, and use observability tools to monitor application health. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Build responsive, high-performance UI components and troubleshoot rendering issues, frame drops, and application performance bottlenecks.
- Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Define and maintain test coverage standards and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application performance, crash rates, and app health using observability tools.
- Identify performance regressions and implement corrective measures.
- Work with state management solutions and scalable application architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver maintainable mobile solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to technical decisions involving modularization, plugins, and native platform integration.

Technical Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.
- Experience developing and delivering mobile applications for Android and iOS.




- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, widget lifecycle, rendering, and performance profiling using Flutter DevTools.
- Hands-on experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
- Strong practical knowledge of Unit Testing, including writing test cases for business logic and data layers.
- Understanding of Code Coverage, testing strategies, widget testing, and integration testing.
- Experience with testing tools such as flutter_test and integration_test; familiarity with Mockito or Mocktail is preferred.
- Experience with mobile performance monitoring and observability tools such as Firebase Performance Monitoring, Crashlytics, Sentry, or Datadog.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL, including authentication flows.
- Understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, or Layered Architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment workflows.
- Understanding of platform channels and native mobile integration.
