Required Experience: Candidates with experience in any of the following:

- Tractor Loan

- Vehicle Loan

- Commercial Vehicle Loan

- Auto Loan

- Two-Wheeler Loan

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and acquire customers for tractor loan products through field visits and local market activities.

- Handle end-to-end tractor loan sales and customer relationship management.

- Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.

- Visit tractor dealers, prospective buyers, and customers to generate business.

- Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams.





- Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.

- Maintain relationships with existing customers, tractor dealers, and current customers.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Retail Assets/Loan Sales.

- Experience in tractor loans or other vehicle loan products is preferred.

- Good knowledge of loan products and customer acquisition.

- CIBIL score of 650+ is required.

- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.

- Graduate preferred.
