Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote the hospital’s services, specialties, and health programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams,



increase patient footfall for various specialties and supporting promotional events and community outreach activities. The Marketing Specialist will create and manage content for digital and traditional channels, track campaign performance, and provide reports and insights to improve patient engagement and brand awareness. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and a solid patient-focused brand presence is a key part of this position.
