Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in targeted sectors, conducting market research, and generating qualified leads through various channels. The Business Development Executive will manage the sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals,



and support contract negotiations. The role also includes maintaining and growing key accounts, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service quality, and tracking performance against sales targets. The individual will represent Jan-Pro India in client interactions and local networking activities to strengthen brand presence and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Ability to drive growth through New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management.
• Strong Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships, manage renewals, and support cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to deliver clear presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
