Role Purpose
Plan the right workforce, at the right place and time, at the right cost. The role owns end-to-end resource planning and analytics for operational workforce, turning data into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership. As an individual contributor, the role combines deep planning expertise with hands-on use of Python, SQL and Power BI to build models, automate reporting and solve business problems.

Skills & Competencies
• Advanced Excel, SQL, Python and Power BI.
• Forecasting, statistics and scenario modelling.
• Robust analytical thinking and practical problem solving.
• Create SOPs for planning processes and BRDs for automation and system requirements
• Independent ownership, stakeholder management and clear communication.

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research or Data Science; post-graduation/MBA preferred.
• 3-8 years of experience, including 1-2 years in resource planning, workforce management(preferred) or capacity planning.
• Airline, aviation,



logistics or other 24x7 operations experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Resource Planning, Forecasting & Analytics
• Own and validate planning assumptions, including productivity, attrition, leave, training, and fleet plan.
• Deliver short-, medium- and long-term workforce requirements aligned to the fleet and network plan.
• Monitor capacity and highlight gaps early and recommend workforce actions.
• Review plan versus actuals, explain variances and refine assumptions.
• Build analytical and simulation models to evaluate operational scenarios, cost-benefit trade-offs and improvement opportunities.
• Define and validate data requirements, analyse operational trends and recommend the best operational and financial outcome.
• Document assumptions, methodology and changes to maintain transparency and governance.

2. Technology & Automation
• Use Excel, SQL, Python and Power BI to analyse data, build dashboards and automate
