About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skilled Skills Faculty member to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on essential corporate and professional soft skills. This role is crucial in empowering our students with the interpersonal, behavioral, and communication expertise needed to excel in multinational organizations and entrepreneurial ventures.

Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Development & Design:
• Design, update, and implement highly engaging, industry-relevant curriculum and training modules for professional soft skills, behavioral skills, and employability enhancement.
• Incorporate the latest industry trends, corporate best practices, and effective adult learning principles into all training materials (presentations, handbooks, case studies, etc.).

2. Instruction & Training Delivery:
• Deliver dynamic, interactive training sessions,



workshops, and seminars using diverse methodologies (in-person, virtual, blended).
• Focus areas include Professional Communication (Verbal & Written), Teamwork & Collaboration, Leadership, Adaptability, Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Stress Management, and Corporate Etiquette.
• Conduct specialized training for Career Advancement activities, such as Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) with mock sessions and expert feedback.

3. Student Assessment & Mentorship:
• Develop and administer effective assessment tools to evaluate student proficiency and track skill progression.
• Provide personalized mentorship and coaching to students, helping them identify and address specific skill gaps for enhanced employability.
• Record and monitor student attendance and performance data, providing timely and constructive feedback.
