ObjectiveWe need a senior investment skilled who has substantial experience in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), private equity, institutional real estate investments, portfolio management and capital allocation, preferably with significant direct exposure to real estate.
This person should work closely with the Promoters and CFO and effectively take ownership of the investment and capital strategy surrounding our real estate developments.
This should not be treated as a conventional CFO,



Finance Head or Treasury Head requirement.
We specifically need someone who thinks like a Fund Manager / Investment Director and understands how to maximise risk-adjusted returns while ensuring that sufficient capital remains available for development.
Experience Required· 12+ years of overall relevant experience in investment/fund management, private equity, AIFs, real estate investment platforms, institutional asset management or large family offices.
· Experience managing or having meaningful investment responsibility for several hundred crores of capital.
· Strong preference for candidates who have managed or had investment responsibility for ₹1,000 crore+ AUM / investment portfolios.
· Significant direct exposure to real estate investments and development finance.
· Experience evaluating large residential, township, mixed-use, hospitality, resort or integrated developments.
