Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage sea and air export operations, with strong expertise in export documentation and Letters of Credit (LC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and verifying export documents, coordinating with logistics partners and banks, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and LC requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end export documentation for sea and air shipments.
• Prepare, review, and verify export documents, including:
• Commercial Invoice and Packing List
• Bill of Lading (BL) and Air Waybill (AWB)
• Certificate of Origin
• Insurance Certificate and other shipment-related documents
• Review Letters of Credit (LC) and ensure all shipping documents comply with the stipulated terms and conditions.




• Ensure timely submission of export documents to banks for LC transactions.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, Customs House Agents (CHA), banks, and customers for smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure adherence to applicable export regulations, Incoterms, customs procedures, and company SOPs.
• Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies, LC amendments, and shipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support the continuous improvement of export documentation and shipment coordination processes.

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of sea and air export operations and documentation.
• Valuable understanding of Letters of Credit (LC), UCP 600, and bank documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international trade practices, and export compliance.
