Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Understand financial products and their impact on reporting requirements, as well as broader financial services operations, balance sheet, and P&L.;
• Work on accounting treatment for different products as per the local regulatory reporting requirements and accounting standards.
• Undertake discussions with client business users to understand business requirements.
• Understand and document requirements related to the functional areas.
• Assist in documenting BRDs, functional specifications, workflow documents, and detailed data‑mapping sheets.
• Assist in designing automation solutions related to data flow, regulatory reporting and MIS in line with business requirements.
• Evaluate changes in regulatory requirements and ensure clients business processes are enabled to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders by addressing concerns in a timely manner.
• Play a techno functional role in the product team.
• Validate regulatory reports, ensure data quality,



and support SIT/UAT for reporting outputs.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach toward process improvement and query resolution.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and prepare regular status reports highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.
• Drive day‑to‑day execution of assigned client projects.
• Develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, strategic priorities, industry dynamics, and market conditions, and recommend/implement improvements that deliver ongoing value.
