Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management Engineer with extensive experience in SailPoint FAM and IdentityIQ (IIQ)



modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to troubleshoot issues related to these modules, assess current deployments, suggest enhancements, perform health checks, and support user tickets effectively. This role is critical in ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity management processes.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to SailPoint FAM and IIQ modules, providing timely resolutions.
• Assess current deployments of SailPoint solutions and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
• Conduct regular health checks on the SailPoint environment to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Support user tickets related to identity and access management, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
