Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help in onboarding recent team members, preparing documentation, and updating employee files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supporting HR data entry, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with the preparation of HR reports and presentations. The intern will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives, help coordinate training sessions, and assist in communicating HR policies and procedures across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, requiring regular presence at the company’s office in Rohini.
