Role Description The Design Engineer Marine and Offshore Structure role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will develop and refine structural designs for marine and offshore assets, including hulls, topsides, and supporting structures, in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.



Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, creating and updating CAD models and drawings, and coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions. The role involves participating in design reviews, resolving technical issues during fabrication and installation, and ensuring compliance with classification societies and regulatory guidelines. The Design Engineer will also support documentation, prepare technical reports, and collaborate closely with project managers, suppliers, and production teams to meet schedule and quality targets.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Design Engineering, with the ability to develop practical, buildable solutions for marine and offshore structures.
