Role Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to develop business opportunities in the lithium-ion battery industry. The candidate will be responsible for selling lithium-ion cells of different chemistries, including LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) and NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt), as well as battery packs, Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

The role involves identifying new customers, developing business relationships, generating leads, preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms and converting opportunities into sales.

Qualifications

• Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation,



pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of lithium batteries, EV components, and energy storage solutions in simple terms.
• Experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in automotive, EV, battery, or related technology sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; local language skills are an advantage.
• Solid analytical and organizational abilities, including use of CRM tools, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Nashik, with regular field visits and occasional travel to customer sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in technical or industrial sales.
