We're Hiring: Advertising Sales Manager – Advertising (Digital Media) | Kolkata
Talktiv Media is a fast-growing Bengali digital news channel. We cover geopolitics, current affairs, and how world events affect Bengali families, on YouTube and Facebook.
We're looking for a Sales Executive to bring brands and local businesses onto our platform.
What you'll do
• Find and close advertising deals with local and regional businesses: retail, jewellery, real estate, education, healthcare, food brands and more
• Sell sponsored segments, video integrations, branded content and social media packages
• Prepare proposals and pitch from our media kit and rate card
• Build long-term relationships with clients and media agencies in Kolkata
• Follow up on payments and keep sales records up to date
• Meet monthly revenue targets

Who we're looking for
• 2–5 years of advertising sales experience with TV, radio, print or digital media (Bengali media preferred)




• An existing network of advertisers or agencies in Kolkata
• Fluent in Bengali, comfortable in English and Hindi
• Confident in meetings, negotiation and closing deals
• Basic understanding of YouTube and Facebook metrics (views, reach, engagement) is a plus
• Own two-wheeler preferred for client visits
