We are looking for a proactive, resourceful and organised Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the founder and support the company's growth across business development, fundraising, public relations and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do1. Founder’s Office & Business Support
• Work directly with the founder on ongoing business priorities and special projects.
• Track tasks, meetings, deadlines, follow-ups and significant business updates.
• Conduct research and prepare reports, summaries and presentations.

2. Fundraising & Investor Relations
• Research potential investors, angel networks, venture capital funds and relevant funding opportunities.
• Help prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, company profiles and fundraising documents.
• Maintain investor databases and track outreach, meetings and follow-ups.

Marketing & Partnerships
• Support PR activities, media outreach and brand-building initiatives.
• Research relevant publications, journalists, events and partnership opportunities.
• Assist in preparing communication materials, presentations and business proposals.

4. Field Research & Business Development
• Conduct on-ground research to understand customer needs, market trends and competition.
• Gather insights from parents, caregivers, potential partners and local communities.
• Identify opportunities to improve Nonna's services and expand into new markets.

5. Hiring & Team Coordination
• Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and maintaining hiring trackers.
• Assist with caregiver and internal team onboarding activities.
• Follow up with candidates and help keep recruitment processes organised.
