Graphic Designer
Experience: 3+ Years
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and visually driven Graphic Designer who can turn ideas,
problems and business requirements into compelling visual solutions.
Who can think creatively, understand the problem behind a brief, explore different
possibilities and deliver a strong final outcome.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design, creative thinking, visual storytelling and
UX/design thinking.

They should be comfortable working across different types of creative
challenges and should have the judgement to decide what visual approach, format and tool is best
for the problem at hand.
We care more about the quality of your thinking and the final outcome

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Do
Creative & Concept Development
● Translate briefs, ideas, business objectives, and abstract concepts into strong visual
directions.

● Explore multiple visual approaches and identify the strongest direction for a given problem.

● Create compelling visual storytelling through composition, typography, imagery, colour,
motion, and other visual elements.
● Bring fresh ideas and creative perspectives to projects across brand, product, marketing,
