Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Database Administrator role based in Ahmedabad. The Lead Database Administrator will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases that support the company’s healthcare technology solutions.



Responsibilities include managing database performance, security, and availability, monitoring and optimizing queries, and handling backup, recovery, and replication processes. The role involves diagnosing and resolving database issues, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams on schema changes, and implementing best practices for data integrity and scalability. The Lead Database Administrator will also mentor junior team members, document standards and procedures, and contribute to planning for future data architecture and capacity needs.
