Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Ramban.



The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day center operations, including managing admissions processes, counseling prospective learners and families, and ensuring effective delivery of academic and support services. The role involves leading and developing branch staff, monitoring performance against enrollment and revenue targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service and student satisfaction. The Branch Manager coordinates local marketing activities, builds relationships with schools and community stakeholders, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and processes. The position also requires regular reporting, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with regional and corporate teams to implement company initiatives and improve branch performance.
