About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can fill our funnel without paid ads. You’ll attract two audiences: students and working professionals looking to upskill or switch careers, and parents looking for strong academic support. You’ll turn free workshops, content and community engagement into qualified enquiries for our counselling team.
What You’ll Do
• Drive organic lead generation for tech courses and Tudemick Junior through LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp communities




• Promote and fill our free workshops (AI, Cloud, AWS, DevOps, Python, Web Development, Career & Tech) with registrations and attendance
• Build SEO-friendly content (blogs, tutorials, landing pages) that converts visitors into enquiries
• Run LinkedIn outreach to job seekers, fresh graduates, and IT professionals interested in upskilling
• Engage with parent and student groups, forums, and local communities to generate Tudemick Junior enquiries
• Create lead magnets such as career roadmaps, learning-path guides, and exam-prep checklists
• Set up WhatsApp and email follow-up sequences to nurture leads after workshops and enquiries
• Qualify leads and hand them to the admissions/counselling team with clear context
• Track the funnel (enquiries, workshop sign-ups, demo bookings, enrolments) and report weekly
• Use student success stories and placement outcomes to build trust and credibility on
