Role Description The Legal Intern will support the firm’s advisory and dispute resolution work through legal research, case law and statute analysis, and preparation of internal research notes and briefs.



Day-to-day tasks include assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, helping prepare case files and documentation for client meetings and hearings, and maintaining organized records and matter-related databases. The intern will contribute to regulatory and compliance tracking, support due diligence exercises, and help summarize complex legal issues into explicit, practical points. This is an on-site internship role based in Gurugram, requiring regular coordination with advocates and team members and adherence to professional standards of confidentiality and ethics.
