OutSystems UI Developer (3-6 Years)

Role Overview:

Design and implement user-friendly, responsive UIs for OutSystems OS11 banking applications, ensuring excellent user experience and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and intuitive UI screens using OutSystems OS11 and ODC.
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into functional interfaces.
• Implement custom CSS, JavaScript, and HTML for enhanced UX.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Optimize UI performance and loading times.
• Work with BAs and developers to align UI with business requirements.
• Conduct UI testing and fix visual/functional issues.
• Follow accessibility standards and best practices.
• Create reusable UI components and style guides.

Required Skills:
• 3-6 years in UI development with 2+ years in OutSystems.
• Robust proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with OutSystems UI patterns, themes, and customization.
• BFSI domain exposure good to have.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch).
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
