In the US, TheTakeoff.AI turns industrial drawings into material takeoffs and priced estimates for mechanical, electrical, piping and HVAC contractors. The Role
You will book demos with US contractors for TheTakeoff.AI. Your buyers are chief estimators, estimating managers, project managers and owners at industrial contractors, mostly along the Gulf Coast. You will work US hours from our Bengaluru office and be measured on qualified meetings that show up.

What You Will Do
• Make cold calls to US contractors every day and book discovery calls and demos for our founders and account executives.
• Run outreach on LinkedIn, including messages and connection requests from our founders’ accounts.
• Send email sequences through tools like Smartlead or Instantly, and write follow-ups that sound like a person wrote them.




• Research target companies and contacts before every touch so each message mentions something real about their work.
• Qualify leads on fit, timing and decision-maker before handing them to sales.
• Follow up with inbound demo requests within the hour and keep no-shows from going cold.
• Log every call, email and meeting in our CRM (customer relationship management system) and keep the pipeline clean.

What We Are Looking For
• 2+ years as an SDR or business development representative selling B2B SaaS into the US market.
• A record of hitting meeting targets, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Explicit, confident spoken English and comfort on cold calls with senior buyers who don’t have time to waste.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, an email sequencing tool, a data tool such as ZoomInfo or Apollo, and a CRM such as HubSpot or Attio.
