Role Description The Zonal Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Katihar, responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across the assigned territory.



The role involves developing and executing territory-level business plans, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring achievement of revenue, customer acquisition, and activation targets. The Zonal Territory Manager will manage and support channel partners and banking points, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to regulatory and company standards. The role includes analyzing market data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives to increase product penetration and digital transaction usage. The Zonal Territory Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide regular performance reporting, and lead local initiatives that strengthen Airtel Payments Bank’s presence and brand in the region.
