Role OverviewWe’re looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-aware Social Media & Content Creator who can bring The Quirky Naari to life across digital platforms. From brainstorming relatable content and shooting reels to managing daily social media activities, you’ll play an key role in growing our online presence and building an engaged community.
Key Responsibilities• Content Creation: Ideate, shoot, and edit engaging reels, stories, carousels, and other social media content.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio, formats, memes, and content styles relevant to the brand.
• Creative Storytelling: Develop relatable, entertaining,



and brand-aligned content that showcases our products, brand personality, and behind-the-scenes journey.
• Founder-Led Content: Assist in conceptualizing and creating founder-led videos, team content, and brand storytelling.
• Community Engagement: Manage comments, messages, polls, and interactive stories to build stronger relationships with our audience.
• Content Planning: Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistency in posting across platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth to identify what works best.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and team to develop fresh ideas, campaigns, and social media creatives.
