Job SummaryWe are looking for a Purchase / Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end purchasing process for IT products and solutions, including IT hardware, networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage and other enterprise technology products.
Key Responsibilities• Handle the complete procurement cycle, from understanding requirements to final delivery.
• Source IT products from vendors, OEMs, authorised distributors and suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) after approval.
• Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical and Accounts teams to fulfil project requirements.




• Verify delivered materials against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate invoice verification and vendor payment follow-ups with the Accounts team.
• Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and procurement reports.

Requirements• Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• Experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the IT industry or an IT System Integrator company.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, networking products and related solutions is preferred.
• Valuable negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Key Requirement:
The candidate must be capable of independently handling the entire procurement process, from sourcing and price negotiation to purchase order processing, delivery and documentation.
