GenXAI looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development / Inside Sales professional to support our sales team in generating qualified leads, conducting market and account research, managing sales pipeline activities, and supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a good understanding of the IT consulting sales cycle, and the ability to identify and engage potential clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Qualification:
• Research and identify potential clients and target accounts.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
• Engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.

2. Sales Pipeline Support:
• Schedule meetings, product/service demos, and discovery calls for sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, account, and activity information in the CRM.
• Support preparation of proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and sales activities.

3. Account & Market Research:
• Conduct account mapping and stakeholder research.
