*VACANCY – JUNIOR ADVOCATE*

*Adv. Kushaan Solanki* is inviting applications for the position of Junior Advocate to join our legal practice in Mumbai.

Position: Junior Advocate
Location: Charni Road and Sandhurst Road Area, Mumbai
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Eligibility
Freshers with a valid Sanad are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in litigation will be preferred.
Good knowledge of legal research, drafting and court procedures will be an advantage.
The candidate should be comfortable with travelling across Mumbai for court appearances, filings and other qualified work.
Good communication skills, professional discipline and willingness to learn are essential.
The applicant must be willing to commit to the position for a minimum period of one year.
- Stipend / Remuneration
The stipend/remuneration shall be considered based on the candidate’s work experience,



legal knowledge, drafting skills and overall suitability for the position.
- Key Responsibilities
Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices and legal correspondence.
Conducting legal research and case-law research.
Assisting in court appearances, filing and procedural work.
Coordinating with clients and attending to case-related requirements.
Assisting in matters before various Courts and Tribunals across Mumbai.
