Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Monitor and manage EV fleet, vehicle availability, utilization, charging, maintenance, and inventory.
• Coordinate with riders, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Handle rider queries, operational concerns, and escalations and ensure timely resolution.




• Manage crowd flow and rider movement within the hub while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to operational processes, safety standards, and company protocols.
• Track key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement in hub productivity, fleet utilization, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for EV charging, maintenance, repairs, and other fleet-related requirements.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of hub operations, fleet status, inventory, and other key metrics.
• Support and lead the hub team to achieve daily operational targets and maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of last-mile delivery operations.
