About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager / HR Lead to take complete ownership of the HR function for the India business of a global organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a robust Core HR Generalist with comprehensive knowledge across the entire HR lifecycle, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to independently lead HR operations, strategy, employee relations, and compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while partnering directly with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and oversee the complete HR function for the India business.
• Partner with the India Managing Director on people strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and people initiatives.




• Manage and mentor a team of two HR professionals.
• Establish scalable HR processes and ensure effective HR governance.
