The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 4–5 years of relevant experience to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records in Tally, and ensure proper bookkeeping and voucher entries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, a strong understanding of accounting principles,



and the ability to independently handle routine accounting tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

• Create, record, and verify accounting vouchers, including payment, receipt, contra, journal, purchase, and sales vouchers.

• Ensure proper documentation and supporting bills for all accounting transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation on a regular basis.

• Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Record and maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions.

• Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting entries, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure the timely and accurate updating of accounting records in Tally.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting entries and financial records.
