Role Description The Legacy and Solid Waste Management Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the collection, segregation, storage, and disposal of legacy and current solid waste across telecom sites and related facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company standards. Daily tasks include planning waste management operations, coordinating with field staff and vendors, monitoring site cleanliness, maintaining records, and preparing reports on waste volumes, disposal methods, and improvement measures. The role involves conducting inspections, identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and optimizing processes to reduce environmental impact and operational costs. The supervisor also collaborates with internal teams, contractors, and local authorities to resolve service issues, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in waste handling practices.
