We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager who understands the digital marketing ecosystem, has strong industry connections, and can drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new clients across D2C, fashion, lifestyle, education, and corporate industries.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Connect with founders, CMOs, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and pitch tailored digital marketing, branding, creative, and performance marketing solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, discovery meetings,



pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, forecasts, and performance reports.

What We're Looking For
• 4–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably at a digital marketing, advertising, or branding agency.
• Prior experience working with or acquiring clients in D2C, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Education sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, branding, and creative campaigns.
• Proven track record of acquiring high-value clients and closing monthly retainer agreements.
• Existing industry connections with founders, business owners, and marketing decision-makers will be an advantage.
