Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The
candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their
home construction requirements, nurturing leads, scheduling meetings/site visits, and converting
qualified leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements related to independent homes, villas, residential construction, and related services.
• Make regular follow-up calls to prospective customers and maintain lead engagement.
• Qualify leads based on budget, location,



project requirements, and purchase/construction timeline.
• Explain BuildX.Homes services, processes, USPs, and offerings to potential customers.
• Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and consultations with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM.
• Coordinate with the field sales and project teams to ensure smooth customer handover.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on lead status and conversions.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends in the Hyderabad residential construction market.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Real
