Role OverviewWe are seeking an entrepreneurial, revenue-driven Senior Sales and Marketing Manager with over 10 years of experience scaling B2B SaaS products. In this role, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, demand generation, and revenue engine for our Zeo SaaS portfolio. You will bridge high-level brand marketing with hands-on enterprise sales execution, driving client acquisition and accelerating ARR.

Key Responsibilities• GTM & Growth Strategy:



Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing roadmaps for the Zeo product suite to penetrate target domestic and international verticals.

• Full-Funnel Sales Leadership: Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from strategic prospecting, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations to enterprise contract closure.

• Integrated Marketing & Demand Gen: Steer multi-channel marketing campaigns (organic, paid, LinkedIn, webinars, content, and events) to establish qualified inbound pipeline and brand authority.

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value B2B partnerships, institutional accounts, and channel reseller networks.

• Team Leadership & Enablement: Mentor and guide the business development team, standardizing pitch scripts, qualifying criteria, and sales conversion frameworks.

• Cross-Functional Feedback: Collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to feed market requirements, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into our product roadmap.
