We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to own client success, retention, and growth. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role for someone who communicates confidently, thinks strategically, and drives outcomes.

What you'll do
• Own assigned client accounts from onboarding to reporting, renewals, and growth.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication.




• Understand client goals and recommend high-impact advertising solutions.
• Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results and ROI.
• Lead client communication, including escalations and issue resolution.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers and aligned expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams while owning timelines and delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements and decisions.
• Travel for client meetings when required.

Who we're looking for
• 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, brand management, or marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (written and verbal).
