We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented CFO to lead the complete finance function of our growing organization.This is not a traditional CFO role limited to oversight and strategy. We are looking for someone who has worked in a startup/scale-up environment and is comfortable getting into the details, solving problems and contributing individually when required.

Key Responsibilities-
*Own the complete finance function including accounting, taxation, FPamp;A, MIS, treasury, audits, compliance and controls.
*Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow and working capital management.
*Build scalable financial processes and systems as the business grows. Provide financial insights to the Founder and leadership team.
*Manage banking, audits, taxation, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
*Drive cost optimization, profitability and financial planning.
*Lead fundraising, investor discussions, financial due diligence and debt/equity financing.




*Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors and financial advisors.
*Support business expansion and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For-
*12+ years of finance experience, with senior leadership/CFO/Finance Head exposure.
*Strong experience in start-up's, scale-ups or entrepreneurial businesses.
*Proven experience in fundraising and investor management.
*Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, FP&A;, cash flow and financial controls.
*Manufacturing, retail, consumer brand or D2C experience will be an advantage.
*Solid commercial and analytical mindset.
*Someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and execute, not just review and delegate.
*High ownership, integrity and entrepreneurial mindset.
