Position: Marketplace Growth & Outreach Intern

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 / month (Fixed)

We are seeking articulate, persuasive, and proactive interns to drive the core outbound growth engine of the marketplace. In this dual-impact operational role, you will be responsible for sourcing, contacting, and onboarding fashion designers and boutique labels,



while actively locating and engaging shoppers through targeted promotional outreach.

Job Duties
• Research, source, and build structured contact databases of independent designers, apparel labels, and boutiques.
• Introduce the platform's digital storefront model to sellers.
• Guide sellers through platform signup, KYC documentation, and their first catalog product uploads (images, prices, variants).
• Identify shoppers and execute outbound campaigns.
• Maintain daily disposition logs across master Google Sheets/CRM tracking outreach progress, KYC verification stages, and shopper engagement.
• Maintain daily activity benchmarks of outbound outreach attempts and promotional shopper messages.

Qualifications
• Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or Communications preferred).
